Short bio:
Radvan Bahbouh started working at the Psychological Institute of the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences. He subsequently moved to the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Arts (Charles University), which he headed from 2018 to 2021. In teaching, he was responsible for psychology methodology and personality psychology. In 1998, he founded the company, now known as QED Group, a.s., which deals with applying psychology in the environment of organizations. Since 1994, he has been developing the sociomapping method, which makes it possible to analyze and visualize communication and cooperation in teams and organizations. He is the co-author of the 4Elements Inventory test.
