Short bio:
Ike Ernest Onyishi is Professor of Psychology and Dean, Faculty of the Social Sciences, at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria. He is also Senior Research Associate/Professor at the University of Johannesburg. His research interests cut across careers, employability, and psychological wellbeing. He has participated in many successful cross-cultural research projects. Some of his articles have appeared in reputable journals such the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Nature Communications, Psychological Science, Journal of Management and Organizations, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, and Journal of Cross-cultural Psychology. In addition to his research activities, he is a consultant to many national and international businesses, and development agencies.
