Dear colleagues,
we are all looking forward to welcoming you to our wonderful city of Prague. Please find below some June updates before you start packing your luggage:
– updated programme is on the website. https://icp2024.com/scientific-programme/programme-at-a-glance/ Check that your presentation is stated there. If not please get in touch with the secreatriat@icp2024.com immediately;
– by the end of June all speakers (all formats) will receive the Speakers’ Guidelines to have all important information for their “big day” at ICP 2024 and also ICP 2024 powerpoint layout will be available;
– at the beginning of July all participants (including speakers) will get access to the ICP 2024 mobile App to create their own programme schedule, network with colleagues before the event, find out more information about the sessions and speakers etc. (detailed manual will be provided);
– if you haven’t registered for the workshops, hurry-up, as the places are filling up quickly;
– sightseeing orders deadline is July 5 so do not miss the deadline to enjoy Czech Republic;
– Rapid Communication Poster (RCP) will be released by July 5, all RCP will be in E-poster format and held only on Friday July 26.
