Abstract submission status and info

Dear colleagues,

as we are working on a rolling review basis you can get a notification about your submission anytime until March 2024. The statuses could be:

Accepted/Accepted with minor changes – congratulations, your submission is accepted to be presented at the upcoming ICP 2024 in Prague. Check the email, coming from abstract@icp2024.com, review the reviewers suggestions for your final presentation. Your Letter of Acceptance is available in your account dashboard to be downloaded for your reference.

Rejected/Ressubmision – unfortunately your submission is not accepted at this stage but do not give up, you have a chance to resubmit (it is necessary to do it as a new abstract as reviewed abstracts are not possible to be modified) it by the end of January with the corrections based on the reviewers’comments – see the email from abstract@icp2024.com for the comments. We are looking for your updated submissions to be presented at the upcoming ICP 2024.

Important:

Please note that all the speakers have to be registered (registration fee paid by April 1, 2024 to be included in the ICP 2024 Book of Abstract (will be available before the congress) and Scientific Programme.
The Speakers’ Guidelines will be available in April to provide you with detailed step by step manual for your presentation.
